Seniors Active Living Grant 2025

“On behalf of the province, I am pleased to congratulate you on the success of the Township of Billings Seniors Program and on receiving your grant of $55,000 from the Ministry of Seniors and Accessibility.  With in person programs, it offers older persons and seniors the opportunity to stay fit, active, healthy and socially connected through various activities, reduces isolation and provides a sense of belonging within the local community.”

Fire Protection Grant 2025

Through the Fire Protection Grant, our government is investing $15,572.46 to support firefighters in the Township of Billings. Congratulations on your 2025 Fire Protection Grant for the purchase of Wildland Fire Gear outfits and personal facemasks for the department. On behalf of the province, I would like to thank you and the volunteer fire department for your continued service to the community.  We hope these items will help enhance the safety and well-being of the volunteers.

Community Emergency Preparedness Grant 2025

“Congratulations to the Township of Billings on receiving $31,039 through the 2025 Community Emergency Preparedness Grant. This funding supports the acquisition of emergency equipment including a generator, chainsaws, and radios to support emergency response.
