70th Anniversary Rotary Can-Am Curling Bonspiel

The 70th Anniversary Rotary Can-Am Curling Bonspiel hosted by the Elliot Lake and Sudbury Rotary Clubs at the Sudbury Curling Club .

I commend the Rotary Clubs, the volunteers, organizers and sponsors whose dedication and hard work have made this 70th anniversary celebration possible.

The Rotary’s commitment to “Service Above Self” was evident and this event raised a very generous amount for the local Easter Seals.

I had the pleasure of meeting Tracy Fleury who will represent Canada at the Olympics.

Thank you for the invitation to attend. Jeannine and I had a wonderful afternoon chatting ( she met a fellow stain glass artist) and her and I enjoyed watching the finals.
