The 103rd Royal Agricultural Winter Fair showcased some of Canada’s finest Holstein Cattle. Judges selected winners from dozens of exceptional dairy cattle, a privilege to share the experience with Honourable Minister Trevor Jones in the arena, who addressed the crowd and afforded me the opportunity to offer remarks. The Minister of Agriculture for Prince Edward Island, Bloyce Thompson, also joined us, accompanied by other distinguished dairy representatives, making for another outstanding day at the Royal. Congratulations to all contributors to the Royal’s success.
